Unit sales rose 5% over last year. Benchmark sale prices edged up slightly. biggest gains were in the Townhouse and apartment markets. On a monthly basis the benchmark price for the composite dropped by 2.7% This should be typical for sales approaching the end of the year, expectations that sales will rise as we get into 2024.
