Chilliwack and Area continues to show a stable market in sales as compared to February 2023. Unit Sales are up 13% over last year. Inventory was up slightly at 6.3%. New listing are showing an increase over last year by 42.5%. There is a positive feeling created by the stalling a projected decrease coming in interest rates.
